I’m going to show you reasons why you have struggled to lose that stubborn belly fat. There IS a solution that will help you finally beat this struggle anda get beach body and flat stomach that you want.
I’ll show you meal plan (not diet, but meal!) with real food (not diet gimmicks that food industry makes you believe are “healthy”) that make you feel full and constantly burn fat.
You need to go out of your comfort zone to burn fat. Light, easy workouts CAN’T do the job. I’ll show you kick ass fat burning workouts – they are not easy, because easy exercises do nothing. (Easy exercises mean exercises that not get you out of comfort zone.)
The good news is that these are short fat burning workouts. Everybody can go out of comfort zone for 20 minutes, right! If you need to devote just 20 minutes of your life to get sexy, beach body, do it with these workouts, because they are greatly effective and time saving – you get results for shortest time!
1. Burn belly fat – you are told to do cardio to burn fat, right? Okay, cardio is good to burn fat but it is very boring to run on treadmill 40 minutes, and it is not effective! There is a way to do cardio in more efficient way and it is to have it in between strength exercises. In my workouts you will not run 40 minutes, or jump for 40 minutes, because the whole workout lasts 20 minutes! You will do the most effective cardio, short, intense and in much benefit for belly fat.
2. Get rid of cellulite on thighs, bun and arms. You are told that cellulite is not fat, actually cellulite is fat, but the shape of the fat cells on thighs is different and that’s why it forms dimpling skin. Lotions can’t help to get rid of cellulite, because you can’t influence fat from outside. You need to lose fat from inside you. And fat burning workouts push fat from inside you, they transform fat to energy and you burn this energy with short and intense combination of strength exercises and cardio.
If you want beach body (everybody can have beach body, for some people it takes 28 days, for other 3-4 months, it depends how fat you are, the fatter the longer) it is better to start now, because it will take time to change your body and you don’t want to miss another day!
1. Workout 5 times per week – do exercises every business day of the week and have rest and fun during the weekends. I will give you 10 workout videos, 1 video for every Monday-Friday day of the week (you will not repeat a workout for 2 weeks!). You will do different exercises every day! Bye, bye boredom, bye bye belly fat, bye bye cellulite. You don’t need any equipment, only bodyweight exercises!
You will see progress every day and your body will constantly change – the only thing you need to do is to workout with provided videos, nothing more! Bellow are 5 workouts you get and I include warm up and cool down routines for your convenience so you don’t look for them somewhere else.
These are the only workouts you will ever need, they workout the whole body and especially stomach, bun and thighs. You can use them for life and they will always work because they provide variety and you don’t get used to exercises.
The meal plan consists of real food, no stupid diet things, I called it meal plan (not diet plan), because it will guide you what to eat and after first 28 days you will know how to eat for life. This is 28 day meal plan, with 4 meals per day, you can repeat it for another 28 days and you can eat like this for life, because it is not starvation, it is eating for lifestyle (meal plan is not for vegans or vegetarians).
- You will see your body changes after the first weeks, just measure waist, hips, arm (biceps), calves and breast before you start the program and it is easy to track your progress. Also track your weight although it is not the best to track in short period of time. My advice is to measure yourself once per week, for example every Monday.
- Cellulite melts like an ice cream – it is so sweet and nice, isn’t eat! You can have beach body and sexy shaped curves without dimpling skin.
- Gradually you start looking younger! People always tell me I look like 25-28 years old, and I am 35 (I don’t say this to brag, you can check how old I look, and don’t forget to tell me lol). This is because I practice what I teach (how strange isn’t it, actually I do what I teach you lol.)
- Your agility will sky rocket, you maybe not interested in this now, but you will feel full of energy and you will do things faster and your wish to have fun and live will go up.
- You will stat to get compliments every day – how good you look, how younger is your skin, how full of energy you are, and finally if you are single your options will increase. Many of my clients found that looking good helped their confidence and they met their honeymoon because of this. I don’t mean how you look matters to meet love, just you become more confident and you don’t miss opportunities.
- Your overall health will improve. I think to be healthy and happy is the most important thing in life. I can help you with both.
